Cal Cities Roundtable: United Against Hate

Join us for a United Against Hate Roundtable Discussion on Thursday, September 10, at 9:00 a.m.

United Against Hate Week is a locally led movement that encourages communities to take civic action to stop hate and implicit bias. This year’s campaign will take place October 18–24.

The roundtable is being held approximately six weeks before United Against Hate Week to give cities time to consider signing on to the initiative, adopting a resolution, or planning activities in their communities.

This roundtable will provide an opportunity to:

•    Learn more about United Against Hate Week and how cities can participate.
•    Discuss what cities are doing to make their communities safer and more civil.
•    Share experiences, resources, and examples from your communities.
•    Exchange ideas and explore new ways to strengthen local efforts.
•    Consider opportunities to adopt a resolution or organize local activities in support of the initiative.
